In December 2010, two events will take place in Valley of the Sun where are living over 84000 Romanians.

1. We will celebrate The Romanian National Day on the 1st of December 2010.

2. The 2010 Romanian Festival

December 4, 2010, an all-day family oriented event starting at 10:00 am

Hosted by: Peoria High School, 11200 N. 83rd Avenue, Peoria, AZ 85345

Join us for a festival celebrating the rich Romanian culture here in the Valley of the Sun. The 2010 Romanian Festival is an event pre-financed by GO360 and is designed to celebrate the local Romanian community. Businesses will have the chance to showcase their products and services, and all proceeds from the festival will go to abandoned children in Romania. The festival will feature authentic Romanian cuisine, a vibrant live cultural show, inflatables for the kids, games, and a raffle grand prize.
Diplomatic Officials
The National Day of Romania is December 1st. Join us on December 4th to celebrate our unique heritage and the local Romanian community. Honorary Consul General of Romania of Arizona, Ileana Alexandra Orlich, will give the opening speech at the Romanian Festival 2010.

Business Expo

Sambata 24 octombrie 2009, Bistritenii din Phoenix Arizona s-au intalnit al treilea an consecutiv intr-unul din parcurile orasului Phoenix. Fotografiile sunt instantanee de la acesta intalnire. Am impartit fotografiile facute cu aceasta ocazie in trei grupe dupa numarul generatiilor prezente. Ii rog,binenteles daca doresc, pe cei care isi recunosc copii sau nepotii sa precizeze printr-un comentariu numele copilului si al parintilor sau/si bunicilor.
Initiatorul si organizatorul acestor intalniri a fost Aurel Oniga.
PS.Va urma publicarea fotografiilor cu unii dintre participanti din generatia a doua si genratia mai veche.

jan brewerIn fata unui grup de pastori ai Sinodului Missouri Bisericii Luterane in Fountain Hills, Guvernatorul statului Arizona, Jan Brewer a aratat cum ea se bazeaza pe credinta ei si pe rugaciune in incercarea de a rezolva problemele cu care se confrunta in aceasta perioada dificila si tulbure pentru natiunea noastra.
Impreuna cu staful ei, ea explica cum de multe ori se opresc si se roaga pentru o anumita problema si ca aceasta face sa aiba un impact important .
Ea explica ca desi crede ca Dumnezeu a pus-o in aceasta slujba, nu poate sa pretinda ca are un program special(agenda) de la Dumneseu prin care sa declare ca detine adevarul lui Dumnezeu(ex cel Luteran). Ea a venit cu credinta ei in Dumnezeu care ii influienteaza deciziile si o ajuta in luarea deciziilor.
„Eu nu cred ca in circumstantele actuale nimeni care este intr-o pozitie politica de conducere in aceste timpuri tulburi si critice ale natiuni noastre poate sa mearga inainte fara sa ceara ajutor si calauzire de la Isus Hristos si de la Dumnezeu” a declarat Jan Brewer.
Guvernatoarea Jan Brewer a spus ca este binecuvantata pentru ca multi oameni ai credintei au ajutat-o cu rugaciunile lor. Poate gasiti loc in rugaciunile voastre pentru Jan Brewer,pentru ca binele nostru depinde si de bunastarea statului Arizona.
